This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles and increase flexibility. The instructor may include a variety of equipment in this great workout.
Functional fitness will train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability and mental resilience.
Is a Pilates/yoga based workout that builds flexibility & strength, leaving you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, with elements of Tai-chi concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves & poses provides a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Enjoy circuit training but looking to mix it up and try something new? Conditioning circuits incorporate different training methods, training protocols and exercises that you may not have experienced before in your usual circuit training. Each week will be a mix between cardiovascular or weights with some weeks mixing it up with a bit of both. This class will help build the fundamentals of fitness while being suitable to all abilities.
INDOOR HIIT CYCLING

Level 1/Beginner’s Vinyasa: A yoga class for those newer to yoga or those wanting a basic flow class. This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to breath and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice. Although this class moves at a slower pace than the other vinyasa classes, expect to be challenged both mentally and physically
Zumba dancing is best described as a fun, joyful Latin inspired fitness class that combines all the rhythms in Latin music. Zumba applies dance moves from Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue, Rumba, Mambo, Belly Dance, Flamenco, Samba, Tango, Reggatone and of course Hip Hop. Come along and try it with our instructor Vicki and see what Zumba is all about.
